Amelia Price is 3 yrs old and lives in Corston nr Bath with her Mum/Dad and older brother Jacob. On 14^th Feb 2005 Amelia was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. This is a rare type of childhood Cancer that affects less than a 100 children a year in the uk. It is a very aggressive form of cancer and the survival rate is only 1 in 5.

Since being diagnosed Amelia has sent the majority of the past year undergoing extreme treatment. She has received Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, blood transfusions, bone marrow harvest, numerous scans, biopsies, blood tests and an operation to remove the tumour from her stomach. Throughout all this she has remained a happy little girl and has been very brave.

On 1^st June her parents were told she was clear and there were no traces of Neuroblastoma in her body. This good news was short lived as on 4 ^th September they were given the devastating news that it had returned and she has two tumours in her liver, and cancerous cells in her leg, hip and skull. She is now having more chemotherapy to try and slow the spread of he Neuroblastoma.

We are trying to raise funds for The Amelia Price Fund and also make a donation to Georges Fund. Georges Fund is a registered charity that raises funds for the Neuroblastoma Society which aims to improve diagnosis and treatment of the disease and relies soley on donations.

The Amelia Price Fund is to help support the family during this traumatic time with costs of hospital visits, day to day living and hopefully provide the family with a memorable holiday at Euro Disney. Amelia desperately wants to stay in the Pink Palace hotel (where else :-) ).
